1 . How do I make a purchase?
Browse through our ZEN section. The products are divided into categories for easier navigation. Once you like an item, click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button below the item. To check the items in your cart, click on the cart icon at the top right of the page and select View Cart. In case you wish to delete any item from your shopping cart, click on the ‘Remove item’ link. If you wish to continue browsing, click on the “Continue Shopping” button. To place an order, click on the “Proceed to Check Out” button.


2. Do I Need To Set Up An Account To Place An Order?
Yes, to place an order you need to make an account. However, you can browse the collections without creating an account. Setting up an account is quite simple. There are various benefits of having an account on the Zestro website.
You can:
1) Track your orders and review past purchases.
2) Manage your account details, address book, and email preferences
3) Add to wish list


3. Are The Colours Of Products Shown On The Website Accurate?
Due to monitor or screen display settings, there may be a variation in the colours of the products. However, we try to display the colour as accurately as possible. Some products may appear smaller or larger than their actual size. We advise you to refer to the size chart for accurate dimensions.


4. What Payment Methods Does Zestro Accept?
We offer COD throughout India. CC Avenue, Paytm, Google Pay, and PayPal are available for online payments. Bank transfer is available on request.
If you are not able to make a payment via the above-listed methods, please send us an email at support@zestro.in, and we will send you options to pay.


5. Does Zestro Ship To Multiple Addresses?
If your order contains gifts or items requiring shipping to multiple locations, you must place separate orders. Currently, we only ship to one address per order.


6. Can I Change My Shipping Address After My Order Has Been Dispatched?
Once an order is dispatched, we will be unable to change the shipping address.


7. How Will I Know You Have Received My Order, And When Will The Payment Be Deducted?
After placing an order, you will be sent an email confirming that it has been received. Your payment card will be debited for your order on the day we send you the formal order confirmation. In the rare instance that any of the items you have ordered are not available, we will contact you by email and will only charge your credit card for the value of the items in stock.


8. How Will I Know The Order Is Confirmed?
You will get an Order confirmation email once your order is confirmed. Once an order is confirmed, you will be unable to cancel the order.


9. Where Is My Order?
We generally dispatch orders within 5-6 working days from the date of Order confirmation. You will receive regular updates on your order at your registered email address. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive an email with shipping details and a tracking number to track your order.

11. Are our jewellery pieces anti-tarnish and water resistant?
Our products are anti-tarnish. With a little care, your jewellery will last longer! Regular use of water on jewellery, like showers, swimming, etc., should be avoided; however, a little water will not tarnish the jewellery. We have included the care instructions in our jewellery care guide provided with the box.


12. What types of fashion jewellery are available at Zestro?
Zestro offers a diverse range of earrings for women, rings, bracelets, and necklaces, including statement earrings, adjustable rings, and chain bracelets and a wide range of wedding collections.


13. What is your return & refund policy?
We accept returns only for damaged or incorrect items. Please refer to our Refund Policy page for full details.
