Refund Policy

At Zestro, every piece is handcrafted with care and undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch. Slight variations in color or design may occur due to the nature of our products and are not considered defects.

We accept returns or exchanges with a valid video recording only if:

* You received a damaged product.
* You received an incorrect item.

If either of the above applies, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order. The item must be returned in unused condition and in its original packaging. To initiate a request, please reach out to us via email: support@zestro.in

Once we receive your request, our Quality Control team will assess it. If approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup. 

Upon receiving the returned item and after it passes QC, we will dispatch a replacement. If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.

🚫 Returns & Exchanges Not Accepted For:

* Size-related issues (please refer to our size guide before purchasing).
* Used items.
* Returns without prior approval or notification.
* Incorrect delivery address, package refusal, or more than 3 failed delivery attempts.
* Minor color or design differences due to screen or handmade variations.
