Refund Policy
At Zestro, every piece is handcrafted with care and undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch. Slight variations in color or design may occur due to the nature of our products and are not considered defects.
We accept returns or exchanges with a valid video recording only if:
* You received a damaged product.
* You received an incorrect item.
If either of the above applies, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order. The item must be returned in unused condition and in its original packaging. To initiate a request, please reach out to us via email: support@zestro.in
Once we receive your request, our Quality Control team will assess it. If approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup.
Upon receiving the returned item and after it passes QC, we will dispatch a replacement. If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.

Partial Payment & COD Orders:
For orders placed with partial payment (advance payment + cash on delivery):
- The advance payment is processed immediately upon order confirmation and secures your order.
- The remaining balance must be paid in cash at the time of delivery.
- Cancellations: If you cancel your order after making the advance payment, the advance amount will be refunded within 5 business days, minus any applicable processing fees, provided the cancellation is made within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Order Refusal: If you refuse to accept the delivery or fail to pay the remaining balance, the advance payment will be forfeited to cover processing and logistics costs.
- Returns for Damaged/Incorrect Items: If you've made a partial payment and receive a damaged or incorrect item (as per our return policy above), both the advance payment and any balance paid will be refunded in full after QC approval.
- Failed Delivery Attempts: After 3 failed delivery attempts or refusal to pay the balance on delivery, the order will be cancelled, and the advance payment will NOT be refunded.
🚫 Returns & Exchanges Not Accepted For:
- Size-related issues (please refer to our size guide before purchasing).
- Used items.
- Returns without prior approval or notification.
- Incorrect delivery address, package refusal, or more than 3 failed delivery attempts.
- Minor color or design differences due to screen or handmade variations.
- Orders where the customer refuses to pay the remaining COD balance at delivery.
- Cancellation requests made after 24 hours of order placement will forfeit the advance payment.
