This Shipping & Delivery Policy is a part of our Terms & Conditions. Please review it before placing an order.

📦 Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Prepaid Orders: Free shipping on all orders.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹110 additional fee may apply.
  • Partial Payment COD: ₹110 COD fee may apply. You pay a portion online at checkout and the remaining balance in cash upon delivery.
  • Dispatch Timeline: Orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days of confirmation.
  • Delivery Timeline:
    • Metros & Tier 1 Cities: 3–7 working days
    • Tier 2, Tier 3 & Rural Areas: 7–10 working days
  • Delivery delays of 2–3 days may occur based on location, holidays, or other unavoidable factors.
  • We ship via trusted courier partners like Delhivery, BlueDart, Ecom Express, Shiprocket, etc. Tracking details are shared via Email & SMS after dispatch.

📩 Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed.
  • Dispatch and tracking updates are sent via Email & SMS.

💳 Partial Payment COD Orders

For orders with partial payment (advance + COD balance):

  • The advance payment is processed immediately upon order confirmation
  • The remaining balance must be paid in cash to the delivery partner at the time of delivery
  • Please keep the exact cash amount ready to avoid delivery delays
  • If you're unavailable or unable to pay the remaining balance, the order will be returned, and the advance payment will be forfeited
  • Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of order placement (advance payment refunded minus processing fees)
  • After 3 failed delivery attempts or refusal to pay, the advance payment will not be refunded

⚠️ Important Information

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Any delivery issues after the courier shows delivered must be reported within 24 hours.
